As active agents, we understand that we are working with agents from across the market to accomplish the same goal - helping people buy and sell real estate. Regardless of brokerage affiliation, we are the professional partners that help that happen.
With that in mind, our class is not just designed to get you through your state exam, but also through at least your first few days in your brokerage while you get started. Covering the facts, we will also look at application of those concepts and why they matter in day-to-day business. We even add in some extra bonus material that isn’t on the test, but will help you launch your real estate career.
Our course starts with an online home-study segment. Once that is completed, you attend 40 hours of our live class. These live classes are held monthly. Finish the class, pass our final exam, and you are all ready to take your state exam.
