Our Agent Jumpstart is designed for newly licensed agents to get a quick start during their first days as an agent. The focus is to give new agents an initial introduction to:

• Forms

• Agency

• Hosting an Open House/Showing

• Fair Housing

• The MLS

• Other Transaction Tools

Agent Jumpstart is scheduled as needed and may be done as an individual or a small group of agents from a brokerage. It may be coordinated through the new agent or as a service provided by the brokerage. Topics may be adjusted ahead of time to meet specific needs.

Agent Jumpstart is a block of 4 hours that are completed in 1-2 sessions. Tuition for each attendee is $200 whether they attend individually or as a small group from a brokerage.

Agent Jumpstart is not approved for continuing education and is not a replacement for any education required by your local association. It is instead an addition to other educational pieces as we often learn best through repetition.
